Below, you will find the detailed terms and conditions of our Refund Policy. By purchasing a course on our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the following guidelines:

Refunds and Cancellations: Online Classroom Learning

1. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us
   
   
   • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor unavailability, natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), political disruptions, pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), or other events beyond our control.
   • Cancellation of enrollment is permitted only before the commencement of the course.
   • Once the course has started, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.
   • In case of valid cancellation before the course start date, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges such as payment gateway fees, bank charges, or administrative costs.
   • Refunds will be issued only to the original mode of payment within 30 working days from the date of approval of the refund from DataNPie.
   • Payment gateway fees and third-party processing charges are strictly non-refundable.
   • Any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers availed during enrollment will not be converted into cash or refunded.
   • The Company reserves the right to amend or update this policy at its discretion without prior notice.
   • All disputes relating to cancellations or refunds will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, TamilNadu, India.
   
   
2. Eligibility for Refunds:
   
   
   • Refunds are not available if you have attended more than one session of the online or classroom training or accessed/downloaded course materials from the learning portal.
   • Discounted courses are non-refundable.
   • No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend your scheduled training sessions.
   • Taxes paid as part of the course fee are non-refundable.
   
   
3. Batch Deferral / Rescheduling:
   
   
   • Learners may request a batch deferral or rescheduling by emailing hello@datanpie.com. One deferral is permitted at no extra cost, provided the request is made in a timely manner.
   • Requests are only accepted if less than 10% of the program has been completed.
   • A second deferral request will incur a fee of 10% of the total course fee, plus applicable taxes.
   
   
4. Refund Processing Timeline:
   
   
   • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 30 working days of approval from DataNPie.
   
   

Refunds and Cancellations: Self-Paced Learning

1. Non-Refundable Policy:
   
   
   • Self-paced courses are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
   • If course materials are shared with others, accessed by multiple users, or used for unauthorized duplication or distribution, access will be immediately revoked without a refund. Such accounts will also be permanently blocked.
   
   

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, disagreements, or queries related to this policy, the matter will be referred to a sole Arbitrator appointed by us. The Arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding. Arbitration proceedings will take place in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
